Return details:
In order to return a product, it needs to be in essentially unchanged condition, ie unused and not destroyed or damaged and in such a condition that it can be sold to a new customer without price deduction. In the case of regret purchases of used hygiene articles and body-related products such as toothbrushes, razors and in-ear headphones etc., the regret purchase is not approved for hygiene reasons.
